Hannah and the team focuses on providing a safe healing space, so you can embody the right energy to help your life GLOW. Allow us to work with you, to align your mind, body and soul.
Every treatment will be tailored to you, incorporating various types of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Electro Acupuncture, Cupping, depending on the your needs and desires.

Meet Hannah, Founder and CEO of GLOWbody and GLOWbody Tea.
GLOWbody was inspired by the idea of helping women everyday with all sort of skin & women’s health issues. After working in the industry she found a passion for women’s health and cosmetic acupuncture. She said it came when noticing the reaction of clients seeing their results after their Acupuncture treatment was so rewarding! She wanted more people to feel the GLOW from acupuncture as it wasn’t as mainstream or common for people in NZ to try acupuncture for these type concerns. Hannah wanted to normalise Acupuncture in the western world and hoped that people seeing the incredible, natural results would help them pick acupuncture as a first choice when it came to healthcare.
Hannah opened GLOWbody in 2020 from the spare bedroom of her house before realising she would out grow the space in a few short months. She was the first person in New Zealand to complete this particular Cosmetic Acupuncture training which created a craze for people wanting to try a natural alternative to botox & give their skin a GLOW! Shortly after, GLOWbody opened its first official clinic in a small space on Pollen St, Ponsonby only to be outgrown again 9 months after opening! Hannah was a one man team at this stage and would be booked out 3 months ahead after her amazing acupuncture results became the talk of the town.
Hannah opened GLOWbody Ponsonby Road August 2021 to only be forced shut 5 days after opening due to a 3 month long lockdown! Post lockdown GLOWbody was quickly fully booked across 3 treatment rooms which meant it was time to find staff! Now, with the help of a small team of Acupuncturists, GLOWbody sees thousands of women, men, couples a years and has amazing success stories behind them.
GLOWbody tea took years for Hannah to create and officially launched in store & online July 2022. This product was designed to help support peoples journeys with warm nourishing herbs that taste good and help support blood flow, fertility struggles & nourish pregnancies!
Hannah clearly has a huge passion for all things Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture & GLOWbody. She is extremely caring, empathetic and driven to help all clients receive results walk out feeling better. Book in with her today!

Meet Annika, a vital member of our team here at GLOWbody. She is a qualified Acupuncturist and Reiki Practitioner!
Annika, our senior acupuncturist, started at GLOWbody at the beginning of 2022 and dove straight into her passion of helping women with gynaecological issues in a natural alternative way. She’s a natural empath and nurturer so she’s the perfect person to have help you on your women health journey here at GLOWbody. Annika is very passionate about helping women regulate their cycles, treating irregular periods, thyroid issues, menopause, fertility and much more! ..With that list she’s the definitely working at the right place!
Annika is knowledgable in relieving pain from injuries as she previously holds a degree in physiotherapy. Her goal is for every client to walk out feeling their absolute best, mind body and soul. She takes pride in providing the absolute best care and often goes above and beyond for clients.
