Cancellation & No Show Policy

We all get busy, and we understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation of your appointment may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client in this time. If 24 hours notice isn’t given your $40 deposit will be lost. If you simply do not show up, you will incur a full fee equivalent to 100% of the booked appointment. As cancellations and ‘no shows’ have a significant impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so. See you soon at GLOW!
